Το κατάστημα είναι υποχρεωμένο να διαθέτει έντυπα, τοποθετημένα σε ειδική θέση δίπλα στην είσοδο, για τη διατύπωση οποιασδήποτε διαμαρτυρίας. 
O καταναλωτής δεν έχει την υποχρέωση να πληρώσει έαν δεν λάβει το νόμιμο παραστατικό στοιχείο (απόδειξη – τιμολόγιο)

Der Verbraucher ist nicht zur Zahlung verpflichtet wenn er nicht erhält das rechtliche Dokument (Quittung – Rechnung)
